Ari Steinberg is a founding partner and serves as Chief Executive Officer for Stonehill Asset Management. Stonehill was founded in 2018 with a singular vision of creating long-term value across cycles and communities. As strategic investors, we focus on identifying unique investment opportunities across the capital stack and across market cycles that generate consistent,reliable income and an attractive risk/return. Stonehill has compiled a diverse portfolio of investments in companies with exposure in healthcare, real estate, and alternative strategies that allows it to hedge portfolio returns regardless of the market cycle. Ari additionally sits as a Principal of Highline Acquisition Group, which acquires work-force multi-family across the Southwest United States. Ari grew up in Las Vegas and then attended the University of Colorado-Boulder, earning a B.A. in Biology. Ari attended the University of Denver, where he graduated with his MBA with a focus in Real Estate Finance. Ari is a member of the Burns Society at the University of Denver as well as an active AIPAC and JNF Member. He currently splits his time between Las Vegas & Denver and is an avid mountain biker and backcountry skier.
Jonathan Fragoso is a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer for Stonehill where he oversees, finance, due diligence, asset management, and back-office operations for the company. Prior to joining Stonehill, Jonathan has held similar positions with multiple local and regional development firms where he participated in over $500 million in deal volume across multiple asset classes. Jonathan attended the University of Nevada of Las Vegas where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a proud local Las Vegan.
